Newcomer Pajama Bottoms



Come practice garment sewing with us. You can make pajama bottoms for yourself or your loved ones. This is a great way to learn a bit about taking measurements, choosing and cutting patterns and, of course, sewing pants. Further directions and a supplies list will be provided after registration.

       PDF/Online:

       Closet Core Patterns’ “Carolyn Pajamas” (advanced beginner/intermediate)

       Peek-a-boo Patterns “Hit the Hay Pajama Pants”

  •        Notions: check your pattern requirements.
  •        Matching thread
  •        Needle: universal 80/12
  •        Basic sewing tools: sewing machine, rotary cutter and/or sewing scissors, smaller snippers, glass head pins, seam gauge, sewing ruler, preferred fabric marking tool




Skill Level: Intermediate
Skill Details: This is an advanced beginner class, though some experience is recommended. We suggest taking our Pillows, A-Line Skirt, Tote Bag, or Roll-up Organizer classes first.
Requirements: If you need to reschedule please call 72 hours before the class so we can fill your spot and credit your account. Please do not come if you are sick. Thanks for understanding. Any student under the age of 14, please call the shop before signing up.
